The H5studio was made for seamless and professional production. Creators can record flawless audio with stunningly clear microphones, studio-grade preamps, and 32-bit float recording. Come with the Largest Mics Ever on a Handy Recorder. The 19.4mm microphones capture audio with incredible frequency response, 140 dB max SPL, and an expansive dynamic range. Their increased size captures recordings with unmatched depth and fidelity. The H5studio's inputs feature our F-series preamps, giving your audio unmatched clarity ( -127 dBu EIN ). With dual AD converters and 32-bit float, they deliver an impressive 132dB dynamic range, capturing everything without noise or distortion. 32-bit float and 16/24-bit formats each have their advantages. 32-bit float prevents clipping but requires post-production. 16/24-bit eliminates the need for post-processing but requires gain adjustment to prevent clipping. The H5studio offers the best of both worlds with 32-bit float and dedicated gain knobs —no clipping and no need for post-production.
