When the goods are ready, we will call you and you can choose to pick them up at Mong Kok Flagship store.
Density of a package is one of the factors affecting the shipping rate. The volumetric weight of a package is an index reflecting the package's density. A less dense package generally occupies more space, in comparison to its actual weight. Thus, shipping rate is determined according to the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
Shipping fee is HK $ 35 for the first 1kg and HK $ 6 per 0.5 kg for subsequent weight. The express weight calculation method is the actual weight or volume weight.
Volume weight is a calculation that reflects the density of the package. Low-density packages often take up more space than their actual weight. The calculated volume weight is compared with the actual weight, and the larger one is used as the billing weight to calculate the freight.
Formulae used to calculate the volumetric weight (KG) of international shipment(s) are as follows:
1. Standard Express and International Economy Express: Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM) ÷ 5,000
2. SF E-Parcel and International Heavy Freight -Door to Door: Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM) ÷ 6,000

Arrange van / lorry delivery
If you purchase heavy tripods, large light boards, moisture-proof boxes, background paper and other large goods, we can arrange delivery of vans or large trucks. The trucks will leave from Mong Kok. When the goods are ready, we will contact you At the same delivery time, you need to go to the parking lot downstairs to pick up the goods and pay the fare. The driver will contact you to confirm the delivery location before leaving the car. For the freight rates of vans, please refer to the table below. Special products (such as background paper, etc.) are subject to an additional $ 20 half-net fee, and an additional fee is required on Sundays and public holidays. The following prices are for reference only. The actual prices may vary. The price does not include the tunnel toll. All actual reimbursement is subject to the quotation of the truck driver.
