At the heart of this setup is the full-size camera cage, providing enhanced protection for the Nikon ZR camera body and serving as the foundation for connecting other accessories. Mounting points include M3 threads, cold shoe mounts, 1/4″-20 threads with positioning points, and a 3/8″-16 to 1/4″-20 adapter. The cage adds two extra connection points inside the main body. A safety connector on the upper left secures the camera to the strap slot, while a positioning pin next to the 1/4″-20 mounting screw at the bottom helps limit camera rotation within the cage. The modular design allows the full-size camera cage to be disassembled into an L-shaped bracket-style half-cage as needed. While this reduces mounting points, it also lightens the overall weight of the system, making it ideal for filmmakers using stabilizers or those who need to move quickly during shooting. Included cable clips can be mounted on the side of the cage for added security for USB-C and Micro HDMI cables. Finger screws allow for quick adjustments as needed. This kit includes an adjustable ARCA receiver and a Mini PD battery pack, offering a unique and lightweight mounting method that eliminates the need for traditional bases and 15mm rails. The receiver is retractable, allowing the battery pack to be positioned closer to or further away from the camera body; a rotating hinge also allows users to adjust the battery's angle relative to the camera. The battery pack allows users to extend the battery life of cameras and accessories using larger capacity V-mount batteries and offers multiple power output options, such as 60W PD USB-C, P-Tap, and a 2-pin Lemo connection. A unique feature of this pack is its integrated strap slot, allowing users to attach the included safety strap to the V-mount battery, reducing the risk of accidental disconnection. The top of the battery pack also features 1/4”-20 and M4 threads, enabling easy mounting of devices in unique ways using additional adapters or hinge arms.
