Tilta ESR-T15-ES Camera Cage ( For Sony VENICE Extension System Mini ) a precision-engineered expansion system designed to enhance the functionality, stability, and rigging flexibility of the VENICE Rialto Mini configuration while preserving its compact form factor. Critical camera functions remain fully accessible, including unobstructed access to the internal ND filter slot for fast filter installation and replacement. Additionally, the cage enhances PL mount stability by securing Sony’s PL-E adapter with four mounting screws at the base, significantly improving rigidity when using heavier cinema lenses.

Built specifically around the VENICE Extension System Mini, this cage maintains the camera’s original size advantage and balance, making it ideal for handheld, gimbal, and vehicle-mounted, shooting scenarios. The form-fitting, modular design adds essential mounting points and structural reinforcement without obstructing camera operation, cable access, or filter workflow. Multiple integrated cable passthrough points on the left, right, and upper/lower rear of the cage allow for clean, flexible cable routing across a wide range of shooting configurations. This keeps connections secure and organized, reducing strain on ports during operation. The cage also features two ARRI-standard rosettes, enabling the use of rosette side handles and extension arms for stable handheld control. Combined with compatibility across 15mm LWS and 19mm Studio Baseplate Systems, the cage transitions seamlessly between tripod, shoulder, gimbal, and specialty rigs.
