SmallRig 5642 Camera Cage ( for Sony A1 II / A9 III ) is specifically engineered for wildlife photographers. The cage boasts a three-point locking system, using a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and dual side screws to secure the camera and prevent deflection, while built-in pads protect it from scratches. The integrated teleconverter support is compatible with Sony FE 1.4x and 2.0x models, reducing lens mount strain for more stable shots at long focal lengths. Equipped with multiple mounting interfaces—including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes—this cage accommodates a variety of accessories.
